How much time does it take to deliver?
Our team strives to dispatch within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. Based on courier connectivity, the product gets delivered anywhere between 48-120 hours after dispatch. In exceptional cases which are beyond our control, there may be some delays. We will keep you updated through email, whatsapp and sms.
We use leading courier services such as FedEx,Aramex,Delhivery,Bluedart and India Post to deliver the products. The courier service will be chosen based on your location and the availability of courier services in that location. We may use aggregators for ease of logistics, your personal data may be shared with them.
What are the payment methods?
We prefer prepaid payment method such as Net Banking, Wallets, Credit/ Debit Cards, UPI,Cash-On-Delivery, Cash-Before-Delivery etc.
Is COD available?
We do have COD option. However, there will be additional charge of Rs.90 extra for COD and COD is available for order values upto INR 2500.
Whether printed copy of the bill is provided along with the product?
You will get a printed bill with the product. It will also be emailed to your registered Email ID.
Can I gift a product from your website? Do you have the facility gift wrapping?

Whether you deliver the product to anywhere in India?
We deliver almost everywhere in India as long as there is courier connectivity.
What is the packing material used?
We use PP and PVC polybags for primary packing of the product, which is then packed in a Tamper Proof LD bag.
Do you provide any guarantee for your product?
Our products do not fall under any guarantee.
What if the size does not fit?
You can order a replacement or seek refund subject to return and refund policy.
What should I do if I don’t have a proper measuring tape?
Try ordering the nearest size that you feel will fit you.
What is your return policy?
Free Returns are entertained only on damaged or wrong product. For any other reason, we charge our expenses for shipping, payment collection and packing.
What should I do if the product is damaged at the time of delivery?
We carry out 3 stages of inspection after receiving the order, however, if damages can be proved through pictures, then we take decision on case to case basis.

We provide you chest/waist size in inches. Based on the basis of your body measurement you will have to decide the size. We also provide length of Inseam which is the ideal way of measuring length. In many products we mention the ideal maximum height that our product can fit to.
In my product colour is fading. Is this normal?
It is normal if it is a jeans. Because, original jeans are made from Indigo Dye which is a natural dye with low fastness compared to synthetic dyes. All jeans will loose colour. For our non-denim items, we use only standard dyes and chemicals giving it a good colour fastness. If the product is washed as per the wash care details provided on the product, there are very minimum chances of fading during the first 30 wash cycles.
I am not happy with the product. How do I return it?
In case you are not happy with the product, we will accept returns requests within 3 days of delivery. However, there will be a flat return/replacement fee of Rs.50 and two way shipping charges will be applicable. Replacement and Refund will be processed only once the product is received back by us in safe and original condition.
Whether the colour appearing in the picture is exactly same as that of the product?
There is a slight variation in colour due to factors like lighting, screen resolution and varies according to the same. But they are almost same.
If I need any modification in size of the product, will it be done?
In order to avoid this problem, we have given a clear size chart. We request you to measure your size properly before ordering the product. In case if the product is not matching with your size, then you can request for modification. But modification comes at extra charges and negotiated offline.
What are the cloth materials used?
We use various fibers, blends and weaves of cloth. The type of cloth used for each product will be clearly specified in product descriptions.
There are wrinkles in the dress material. How to remove?
Wrinkles which are formed naturally can be removed by ironing. But if wrinkles are formed due to wrong washing, then they remain permanently. So, we suggest washing as per the care instructions provided along with the product.
Slim fit pant is extremely tight at thighs. Otherwise fitting is perfect! Can I get it exchanged?
